Scans are extremely valuable for both the initial smile design (diagnostic wax-up) and final veneer placement.

For smile design (diagnostic wax-up) cases:

•  Full-face patient photos (front, 45-degree angle, and side views, both with and without retractors)

•  PLY/STL scan files, which can be transmitted via Itero, Trios, or email

For final veneer cases:

•  A scan with a clearly defined margin

•  Stump shade and final shade details for achieving optimal outcomes

•  Temporary photos of the patient’s full face, along with temporary scans, which are critical for achieving optimal outcomes

 

For feldspathic cases:

• Please provide a scan by email for our evaluation

• We will review and confirm if feldspathic treatment is suitable 

• If the initial scan is not usable, we will request a rescan

In addition, once we begin working together, we will set up an account for you in Seazona, our lab system. You will receive a link to create your password and access the platform. Through Seazona, you can:

•  Upload complete cases: Submit all required details, including patient photos and information, directly to us

•  Update information: Add or correct case details to ensure accuracy

•  Track progress: Monitor each case in real time and stay updated efficiently
